Stretching contributes to maintaining a healthy and functional body, improves flexibility, alleviates muscle tension, reduces the risk of injuries, enhances physical performance, and promotes better posture.
30-minute Stretch and Mobility sessions will take place in the Events & Exhibition Space in the Library, every Wednesday from 12.15pm. Mats are available to borrow.
