I'm interested in how temperature and other environmental factors shape transmission of infectious disease, focusing on pathogens and parasites that infect invertebrate hosts.
My research uses field data, lab experiments, and mathematical models to integrate patterns across biological scales by characterizing the organism-level mechanisms that generate population-level infection dynamics.
