The Department of Organisation, Work and Technology (originally named ‘Behaviour in Organisations’) is one of the first departments of organisation studies to be established in the UK. Since its inception, the Department has been defined by its interdisciplinarity. Our department members are drawn from diverse backgrounds, allowing us to bring broad social science perspectives and the humanities and life sciences into our teaching and research.
