My research interests are MEMS/NEMS, semiconductor technology and optoelectronics devices. I am working within the EU Innovative Training Network (PhD programme) towards my PhD in the Quantum Nanotechnology group (Prof. Manus Hayne). My research is on telecoms-wavelength GaSb quantum ring single-photon LEDs.
