24-Hour Packages are available to a minimum of 12 delegates per booking, looking to stay in on-campus Guest Bedrooms for the night. There are four types of 24-Hour Packages to choose from, each including the following base:

A main meeting room with suitable facilities, a flipchart, paper, and pens.
Two servings of refreshments (tea, coffee, and biscuits)
Wi-Fi
Support of an experienced Conference Co-ordinator
En-suite accommodation in Guest Bedrooms
Buffet-style, full-cooked and/or continental breakfast

Option 1: Standard

On-campus lunch with tea and coffee
Three course served dinner and a choice of menu

Option 2: Cafe

On-campus lunch with tea and coffee
Two course, fixed menu, hotplate dinner in The Marketplace or Barkers

Option 3: Buffet

On-campus lunch with tea and coffee
Hot buffet-style dinner and a choice of menu

Option 4: Lancashire

On-campus Lancashire-themed lunch with tea and coffee
Two course, Lancashire-themed, hot buffet-style dinner

This all-inclusive package simplifies the event planning process for clients, ensuring all required amenities are provided for a productive and successful event.

Day Delegate Rates are available to a minimum of 12 delegates per booking, encompassing Lancaster Conference Centre, Forrest Hills, and campus venues, each including the following base:

A main meeting room with suitable facilities, a flipchart, paper, and pens.
Two servings of refreshments (tea, coffee, and biscuits)
Wi-Fi

Off-campus lunch with tea and coffee
Additional mints and cordial on tables

Forrest Hills

Off-campus lunch with tea and coffee

On-campus lunch with tea and coffee

NHS employees are entitled to take advantage of the below amenities for a reduced rate.

This package is available on bookings of all venues except Lancaster Suite at Lancaster Castle.

糖心Vlog Conferences and Events+ offers a 10% reduced rate on state-of-the-art facilities at Lancaster Conference Centre, Forrest Hills, and campus venues when you book an event for a Monday or Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
