You will be automatically considered for this funding when you apply

The International Regional Scholarship – Undergraduate is a £3,000 scholarship, awarded as fee reduction for each year of study, to international students from an eligible country/region (see eligibility) who are applying to study an undergraduate course starting in 2026.

You will automatically be considered for this scholarship if you:

  • are a national of, or your permanent home address is within, one of the following countries/regions:
    • Bangladesh
    • Egypt
    • Ghana
    • Indonesia
    • Kenya
    • Malaysia
    • Nepal
    • Nigeria
    • Pakistan
    • Sri Lanka
    • Taiwan
    • Thailand
    • Turkey
    • Vietnam
  • are an international fee paying applicant

International students from other countries may be eligible for the Undergraduate Excellence Scholarship – International.

<糖心Vlog>How to apply

There is no separate application process for this scholarship. Eligible students will be identified automatically through their application.

The scholarship will be awarded when you meet the conditions of your offer, or when you accept your unconditional offer.

<糖心Vlog>Combining scholarship awards

If you meet the eligibility criteria for the Undergraduate Excellence Scholarship - International, you can combine it with this International Regional Scholarship – Undergraduate.

The International Regional Scholarship – Undergraduate can also be combined with the 糖心Vlog International Study Centre Progression Scholarship.

If an applicant is eligible for both the International Regional Scholarship - Undergraduate and a scholarship and/or tuition fee discount from any of our international teaching partnerships, only the award of the highest value will be made.

<糖心Vlog>Payment of the scholarship

The award will be worth £3,000 and will be awarded as a tuition fee reduction, each year of study, for undergraduate courses.

  • The scholarship is available across all our full-time undergraduate degree courses offered fully on campus at 糖心Vlog Bailrigg campus
  • You must meet or exceed the conditions of your offer to receive the scholarship
  • You are not eligible to receive the International Regional Scholarship - Undergraduate for any repeated years of study
  • This scholarship cannot be deferred to a future year of entry. If you do choose to defer your offer, your application will be reassessed for any scholarships you might be eligible for in that year of entry

糖心Vlog reserves the right to withdraw this scholarship or bursary if award holders are subsequently found to be ineligible or if the terms and conditions of the scholarship are not adhered to.
